If a customer wishes to cancel a booking, the following cancellation charges may apply:
More than 30 days before departure:
Booking amount / service charges may be non-refundable.
15 to 30 days before departure:
Up to 50% of the total package cost may be charged.
Less than 15 days before departure:
No refund will be applicable.
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
The following services are generally non-refundable once booked:
Flight tickets
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Adventure activities
Train tickets
Special event bookings
Non-refundable hotel reservations
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, airlines, hotels, or other service providers.
Any applicable bank charges, transaction fees, or service charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
JYP Holidays reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour due to:
Natural disasters
Weather conditions
Government restrictions
Operational issues
Insufficient bookings
Political unrest or unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, alternative arrangements may be offered subject to availability. Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the policies of respective service providers.
Failure to arrive or join the tour on time will be treated as a “No Show.”
No refund will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, transfers, or accommodations.
No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the tour if a traveler leaves the trip early voluntarily.
Any changes to travel dates, names, hotel preferences, or itinerary after booking confirmation may incur additional charges subject to availability.
JYP Holidays shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including:
Floods
Landslides
Pandemics
Strikes
Political disturbances
Transport disruptions
Natural calamities
Refunds in such situations will depend entirely on the refund policies of the respective service providers.
